MOBİL UYGULAMALARDA KULLANILAN ANİMASYONLAR: HAREKETLİ GRAFİKLER VE KULLANICI DENEYİMİ İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

Başarılı ve doğru bir mobil uygulama için uygulamanın iyi tasarlanmış bir kullanıcı deneyimini barındırması gerektirmektedir. Arayüzler ne kadar yalın olursa olsun, mobil yazılımların zayıf kullanıcı deneyimi tasarımı ile başarılı olması mümkün değildir. Kullanıcı deneyimi tasarımının kullanıcı arayüzü tasarımı ile ortak çalışması gerekmektedir. Fakat bu birliktelik karmaşık mobil uygulamalarda bazen yetersiz kalabilmektedir. Bu noktada, eğer doğru tasarlanırsa animasyonların kullanımı uygulamanın başarımında önemli bir rol oynayabilmektedir. Aynı zamanda animasyonları bir yönlendirme aracı olarak kullanmak uygulama kullanım süreçlerini iyileştirebilmekte ve kullanıcılara daha iyi bir deneyim sunabilmektedir. Tüm bu bilgiler ışığında, bu çalışmanın amacı doğru animasyon uygulamaları içeren ve bu hareketleri doğru uygulama tasarımlarının bir parçası olarak kullanan mobil uygulamaların kullanıcıların deneyimi ile olan ilişkisini incelemektir. Bu amaçla apple uygulama mağazasında yer alan herkese açık kullanıcı yorumları arasından arayüz tasarımı ile ilgili olanlar ve animasyon kelimesini içerenler seçilerek incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak daha iyi tasarlanmış arayüzlerin ve animasyonların yönlendirici olarak kullanılmasının kullanıcı deneyimine olumlu katkısı olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract

For a successful and accurate mobile application, the application needs a well-designed user experience. No matter how simple the interfaces are, it is not possible for mobile software to be successful with poor user experience designs. The user experience should work together with the user interface design. However, this relationship can sometimes be insufficient in complex mobile applications. At this point, if animations were designed correctly, their use can play an important role in the success of the application. Besides, using animations as a redirecting tool can improve application usage processes and can provide a better experience to users. In the light of these, the aim of this study is to examine the relationship between mobile applications that use the correct animation applications as a part of their designs and the experience of the users. For this purpose, among the public user comments in the apple app store, those related with the interface design and those related with animation were selected and examined. As a result, it has been observed that the use of better designed interfaces and animations as a guide has a positive contribution to the user experience.
